Rocking a sophisticated look of a white Alexander McQueen wool crepe peplum dress and heels with a no-makeup makeup face, Beyonce Knowles stepped into the United Nations Headquarters this evening in NYC to film her live video for "I Was Here."
She's also partaking in a big dinner tonight to honor her efforts. The video will debut on August 19th, World Humanitarian Day. Nice!
